How the count went, round by round 14 rounds

Threshold Equal Approval, in one paragraph. Every ballot scores every candidate from 0 to 5 and starts with one unit of voting power. The count begins by asking who was given a 5 by enough of the electorate to make a quota — here 6.9000 ballots' worth.
