How the count went, round by round 15 rounds

Threshold Equal Approval, in one paragraph. Every ballot scores every candidate from 0 to 5 and starts with one unit of voting power. The count begins by asking who was given a 5 by enough of the electorate to make a quota — here 7.2727 ballots' worth. Whoever can be elected most cheaply takes a seat, and the ballots that elected them give up the power it cost, so they carry less weight in later rounds. When nobody else can clear the bar, the bar drops to 4, then 3, and so on. That is the whole method: the rest is arithmetic, and all of it is below.
