The server’s Apply to Join gate is to be restored by order, issued under Article 3 of the Build the Wall Act.

“Due to the powers bestowed upon me in Article 3 of the Build the Wall Act, I order that the Apply to Join feature be put back up, in light of recent raids of people who want this to happen in order to harm our growth.” Government Announcements

The order does two things at once. It restores the intake route by which new members reach the sim, and it attributes the feature’s removal to raiders acting deliberately against growth — a motive, not merely an effect.

No raid has been described in detail, and no count of affected accounts was given. Article 3 was not quoted beyond the reference.

Intake is Expansion’s brief. The order was issued before the Secretary for Expansion announced their resignation later the same afternoon.
